- Hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:

- Maintain a strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 80 or higher.
- Demonstrate English proficiency with an IELTS score of at least 6 or an Internet-based TOEFL score of at least 89.
6. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
· Results of the State Examination Centre’s (Dövlət İmtahan Mərkəzi) master's entrance test.
· Provide a letter of recommendation from faculty members at the university where the bachelor's degree was earned.
· Submit a valid medical certificate.

There are 2 options while applying for HUJI Dual Diploma
1) In the first semester of the academic year, education will be carried out at BSU, and in the second semester at HUJI in Israel. Students will receive HUJI's "non-thesis" diploma (without dissertation defence) and BSU's master's degree by continuing the second year of their studies at BSU.
2) Students who complete the first year of the program with honours will have the opportunity to stay in Israel and participate in HUJI's "thesis" program and research
in the second year of study and will receive the "thesis" master's diploma of HUJI and BSU’s master’s degree diploma.
▼ FEES AND SCHOLARSHIP
All expenses associated with the operation of the Dual Diploma Biotechnology Program, including tuition fees, academic books, and travel-related costs for the İsrael (including flights, lodging, and accommodation), will be completely funded through the "State Program on Enhancing the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023," hereafter referred to as the "State Program."
