Bu layihənin nəticələrinin yekun hesabatında Professor V.S. Quliyev ən yaxşı layihə rəhbərinə layiq görülərək pul mukafatı və İNTAS koordinatorunun təşəkkür diplomu ilə mukafatlandırılmışdır.
  • 2007-cü ildə 2ci Azərbaycan-Amerika ikitərəfli Qrant Proqramı çərçivəsində (Award from Azerbaijan - U.S. Bilateral Grants Program II Competition U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation) V.S.Quliyev Alabama Universitetinin professoru Zhijian Wu ilə birgə hazırladığı "Potentials and Carleson measures on Besov-Morrey type spaces" adlı proyekt konkursda qalib gəlmışdır. O, bu qrant çərçivəsində 30 mart 2008 ci il tarixindən 30 mart 2010-cü il tarixinə kimi birgə tədqiqat işləri görülmüşdür.
  • 2007-ci ildə TUBİTAK bilim adamına dəstək qrantını qazanmış və bu qrant hesabına 2008-ci ildə Ankara Universitetində birgə elmi araşdırlmalar aparmışdır.
