One of the main goals of education in our Republic is to identify talented students and discover and develop their abilities and creative capabilities. The main goal of the Young Talents Lyceum at Baku State University is to identify talented students with special abilities, guide them in the right direction, and create the necessary conditions for their development. Admission of students to the fifth grade of the Lyceum (Azerbaijani and Russian sections) is carried out by the test method (https://qebul-lisey.bsu.edu.az ).
Registration for exam participation is done online (https://qebul-lisey.bsu.edu.az).
During the admission students’ knowledge, the required skills, and abilities are assessed due to relevant educational programs (curricula) via open- and closed- type tasks:
1. The medium of instruction (Azerbaijani or Russian) – 25 questions
2. Mathematics – 25 questions
3. Logic – 10 questions
Students and their parents are informed about the place where the entrance exam will be held in advance.
