Improving the quality of teaching in SABAH higher education, creating a new and different environment in the higher education system, educating educated, demanding and prepared students, providing personnel training in accordance with the growing needs of the market is the production in the 2013/2014 academic year. 806 students study in 10 specialties, 33 groups in Baku State University SABAH groups. SABAH groups are a chain of groups consisting of educated, skilled and trained members selected for certain specialties, operating in 12 state higher education institutions. All those studying in SABAH groups are provided with a scholarship in the amount of 50 manat in the first semester of study with SABAH groups. Scholarships for the following semesters are provided with 50 AZN (incentive) and 70 AZN (disincentive) scholarships according to the "Rule for Designating and Assigning SABAH Scholarship for the Main Purpose of SABAH Project (Groups)".

ADMISSION TO SABAH
Admission to SABAH groups is a party through the 3rd organizational business way. It is possible to participate in the competition in any higher educational institution of the Republic, only those who are studying in the I year of the bachelor's degree in the required specialties on a full-time basis and have an average academic index above 61.
