"PASHA BANK" HELD AN INFOSESSION ON "USER RESEARCH" AT BSU
"Pasha Bank" Baku State University (BSU) Career and Alumni Relations Department, together with the Student Trade Union Committee, held the next training to improve the readiness of university students for the labor market.
In the training, Ilkin Sharifov, the senior specialist of BSU's career and alumni relations sector, gave information about the activities of the sector. He said that the main activity of the sector is to help students in building their future careers.
Then Tahmina Misirli, an employee of "Pasha Bank" spoke about "User research". The trainer said that when conducting "user research", during the interviews, the wishes of the target users regarding the design and other features of the product or service should be taken into account. At this time, quantitative and qualitative indicators, methods of analysis of these indicators are of great importance. Tahmina Misirli emphasized that successful "user research" is the initial basis for the creation and development of a successful product.
