The transfer of students from higher education institutions located within the country and abroad, as well as the transfer from one field of study to another and the change in the form of education, as well as the transfer of students from secondary specialized education institutions and those studying at the master’s level (www.transfer.edu.az) was launched in 2016 to simplify the student transfer process.
The transfer of students from one higher education institution to another, or from one field of study to another, is carried out with the approval of the Ministry of Science and Education during the winter and summer holiday periods.
