Having lost his arms in a wheat field fire as an infant, he spoke about overcoming hardship with patience and never losing hope. He emphasized that this determination has inspired thousands of people: “We do not lose when we fall, but when we give up. ‘A Grain of Wheat’ is a path to hope—it is not only my voice, but the voice and story of millions.”
He noted that his life story encourages people with disabilities to remain strong, persevere, and succeed. The guest also stressed the importance of promoting values such as compassion, understanding, and solidarity among young people.
