BSU Signs Cooperation Agreement with Liaodong University of China
Baku State University (BSU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Liaodong University of China.
The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Fu Libin, President of Liaodong University.
The memorandum provides for cooperation in implementing joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposiums, short-term courses, training programs, and collaborative research aimed at enhancing education and research activities at both universities in line with international standards. It also covers joint scientific publications, the development of academic programs, curricula, and syllabi, as well as the exchange of academic and administrative staff, undergraduate and graduate students, doctoral candidates, and researchers.
Founded in 2003, Liaodong University is one of China's leading higher education institutions.
