BSU Researchers Conduct Training at the Prosecutor General’s Office

A training session on “Rules of Psychological Conduct with Minors” was held for prosecutorial staff at the Scientific and Educational Center of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
Researchers from the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology at Baku State University (BSU), conducted the session for 101 participants. They discussed risk factors contributing to deviant behavior among minors, principles of psychological work with them, motivations of juvenile offenders, and psychological aspects influencing their ability to provide accurate testimony.
The training also covered the rights of minors and their international protection, behavioral disorders common among children and adolescents, and methods for establishing effective psychological rapport.
