The opening ceremony of a new branch of the Satpayev Kazakh National Research Technical University, one of Kazakhstan’s leading higher education institutions, was held in Astana.

The event was attended by Elchin Babayev, Rector of Baku State University (BSU), along with representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan, government officials, university leaders, and representatives of industry-oriented organizations.

Speakers at the ceremony emphasized that the establishment of the new branch marks an important step toward advancing Kazakhstan’s scientific and technological potential and fostering an innovation-driven educational environment in the region.
