Baku State University Launches a New Master’s Specialization in Public Relations
Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, the Faculty of Journalism at Baku State University (BSU) will, for the first time, offer a Master’s specialization in Public Relations.
Throughout the program, students will acquire practical skills in developing and implementing communication strategies for public and private organizations, managing brands and corporate image, crisis communication, media relations, preparing press releases, organizing press conferences, and implementing other public relations activities. Special emphasis will be placed on digital communications, social media management, online reputation management, as well as the use of SEO and analytics tools.
Graduates of the specialization will be qualified to pursue careers in public relations, corporate and digital communications, media relations, brand and reputation management, internal communications, and the development of strategic communication plans.
