JOSE GRAZIANO DA SILVA, the former Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), was awarded the title of Honorary Doctor of Baku State University (BSU) by a decision made at the meeting of the Scientific Council of BSU on May 25, 2015.
