IHSAN DOGHRAMAJI, the former President of the Council of Higher Education of Turkiye and a pediatrician, was awarded the title of Honorary Doctor of Baku State University (BSU) by a decision made at the meeting of the Scientific Council of BSU on April 25, 2000.
