BAGLAY MARAT VIKTOROVICH, the former President of the Russian Federation Constitutional Court and Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, was awarded the title of Honorary Doctor of Baku State University (BSU) by a decision made at the meeting of the Scientific Council of BSU on June 26, 2000.
